Service Centre

Quality Service


We organize our service centre so that there are always 1-2 employees on duty so that users never experience any lack of service. In addition, there are 4-6 employees available to assist the service center if the workload becomes high. The service center is well staffed and provides excellent service during office hours.

 

24/7 ON-CALL SUPPORT

Outside of office hours, there is on-call support every day of the year - night and day. This means that whenever you need assistance, you can directly contact our specialists.

 

YOUR CONTACT PERSON

It is customary at Manor that the person who initially helped you with the sales process, and/or through the onboarding, will follow up and handle any issues that arises. That means you can get to know your contact person well and turn to them specifically when assistance is needed.

 

QUALITY first

We actively monitor the quality of service and regularly reach out to users to assess whether the service has met expectations and if any improvements can be made.

Open 09-17 all working days.

On-call emergency services are active outside of normal working hours.
